Looking for content to share with your followers? Creating a constant stream of new material can be tough. Here’s a simple idea that many campaigns rarely use.
Even today, most campaigns spend the bulk of their advertising budget on print material. When you have a new print ad or flyer go live, take a picture of it and share it on your website and through social media. Be sure to add where and when they can expect to see the original.
You can even get a bit creative, such as having a picture of someone reading the brochure, or volunteers distributing the material.
The benefits are twofold: 1) you have something to share that can be (hopefully) reshared by your supporters, and 2) it shows your supporters and anyone else who sees that material just how much of an impression your campaign is making on the outside world.
Repurpose everything for maximum benefit.
