A multi-candidate website is a way of promoting several candidates in one place. Usually the candidates are all from the same party or they side together on a major campaign issue. In essence, they become a ‘slate’ of candidates, hoping to win an election together as a block.
Where there may be some efficiency in running an online campaign this way, there are also drawbacks to the strategy.
